All high school and middle school athletes will need to attend the Fall Sports Check-In on Saturday, July 10th from 10:00am-12:00pm in Centurion Hall.  Please bring your KHSAA sports physical, KORT form, parent/athlete contract, and the athletic fee of $125. (Each individual team may collect an additional team fee).  All forms may be printed from this website under the "Forms" link.  You may mail your forms in to the Athletic Department before July 10th.  We hope you are enjoying your summer!
